A summary of some research

     A month or two back, I spent some time to determine on whose LJs I could comment, and whose not.  I intended to post about that, but rather obviously have failed to do so.  So, a simple summary: 
    Location:  All FAILing LJs are in Sonoma County, California.  Yes, including mine. 
    Theme:  I tried other themes.  They all failed. 
    Account type seemed irrelevant.  There was only one "plus" account, but it was in Sonoma County.
